Founder Justin Lau ↗ was born and raised in Hong Kong, and lived in Australia, Mainland China and Taiwan before settling in Kyoto. We work in English, Japanese and Chinese.

KobutoriIn use in-house
Named for 古物 (kobutsu — secondhand goods) and 取引 (torihiki — transactions). We run it every day inside Laiza, our own vintage business. When we set it up, we fit it to the way your shop already works.
YenToriIn use in-house
Issue and manage invoices and business documents across languages and currencies. It integrates with Wise and applies exchange rates from the major Japanese banks automatically. Local-first — deployable to your own environment on request. We use it to issue our own invoices.
MushinIn use in-house
Codename 無心 (mushin — “no mind”), acting without hesitation. It does not predict markets and it makes no recommendations. It takes us out of the moments where the mind is the weak point:
